At the Communication Station, we believe in treating the whole child and assist in helping your child with all difficulties that s/he has. For this reason, we offer occupational therapy for those who have sensory integration problems, difficulty performing daily tasks or problems with writing.

We help your children maximize their skills and abilities so that they can successfully complete the daily activities that they have a hard time getting the hang of.

Many children, very often those on the autism spectrum, suffer from Sensory Integration Disorder. These children are unable to handle many different sensations. Loud noises, specific tastes or certain textures can overload the child’s sensations, causing the child to react negatively. If your child is excessively bothered by being in loud venues, hearing toilets flushing or feeling tags on their clothing, please contact us for an appointment with an occupational therapist.
